Update on my training!
Following my injury last July when I tore my soleus muscle and had to postpone my Marathon, I am now in full swing again of my training. My target date is May 1st, 2011.
Feeling really good!
My training is in full swing. Ran 8 miles on Saturday and felt great. Monday night trained on hill drills
for two hours and ran. Feeling great!
